This policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and billing corrections work at StacksMesh OS.
2. Free Trial
The 30-day Growth trial requires no card. When it ends, your workspace continues on the Free plan unless you upgrade.
3. Free Plan
The Free plan is free forever. No charges apply.
4. Monthly Subscriptions
Paid monthly plans are billed in advance. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as described below.
5. Annual Subscriptions

6. Cancellations
You can cancel a paid subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
7. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are not automatic. We review refund requests case-by-case, considering usage, duration, and cause.
8. Non-refundable items
- Partial months of usage
- AI credits already consumed
- Custom onboarding fees (unless otherwise agreed)
9. Billing errors
Report a billing error within 30 days. We'll review and correct verified errors.
10. How to request a refund
Contact us via the Contact page and select "Billing" as the reason. Include your workspace name and the invoice in question.
