15. Free Trial
New workspaces receive a 30-day Growth trial. After the trial, workspaces continue on the Free plan unless upgraded.

The Free plan has usage limits. Over-limit features may be locked until you upgrade.
17. Billing and Payments
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as described in our Refund Policy.

You may upgrade at any time. Downgrades take effect at the next billing period.
